Rooms are exceptionally nice and there were comfy beds. This apartment has an exceptionally nice and perfect location on the sea front. The people working here are competent and good.

Would come here again, no doubt. Professional people working there. Good to have an electric kettle, a microwave oven, and an iron. Kitchenette with appliances. Location close to everything. 5 minutes walk to Playa de Los Cristianos.

the apartment at Edificio Arco was super clean and had all the necessary equipment. Its location right by the promenade was amazing - with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The beds were comfy, and the service was excellent - they even let us stay till afternoon on our check-out day without any extra charges.

My recent stay at Edificio Arco was fantastic! The location was excellent, with the nicest beach in the area right on my doorstep. The studio apartment had everything I needed for a week-long stay, including a smart TV with access to Netflix and YouTube. The room was bright and had a balcony overlooking the sea, perfect for enjoying the view. Alfredo Rentals made the whole experience easy and even arranged transfers to and from the airport. The value for money was great, and I would definitely recommend this hotel for a relaxing vacation.

The pick-up service was convenient and the driver knew exactly where the apartment was located. the apartment had a beautiful view of the sea and provided a local experience that made me feel like a resident. the location was great, with easy access to two nearby beaches.

The front door lock was a bit of a struggle, and I would have preferred white cotton sheets instead of the yellow ones provided. the towels were worn and mixed colors, which gave them a tired appearance.

Great vibes here, super close to the seashore! You can easily hop from your room to the beach, nearby restaurants, and other facilities. The staff are really professional and helpful. Everything you need is just a stone's throw away. 🌊

The apartment's location on the seafront provided beautiful views of the beach, hills, and harbor from the balcony. the apartment was clean and well-equipped with amenities including a fridge, washing machine, and coffee maker. the bed was comfortable, and there were plenty of spare towels available. the host was accommodating, allowing us to stay in the apartment until the afternoon without any extra charge.
